On Friday 4 December we were extremely proud to hand over 27 Christmas hampers and two billy carts to the St Vincent de Paul Society to distribute to families within our local community who, at this special time of year, are doing it ‘tough’.
St Vincent de Paul is always available for any family who needs assistance. We are extremely proud, and blessed, to help them with your Christmas hamper donations, as it is one way that we show we can put others before ourselves and learn as Christ taught us to be in service of others.
Thank you to all students, families and staff for contributing to this worthwhile social justice project.

𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟏𝟐 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬 – 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐙𝐨𝐨 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 🦘🐧 Our Year 12 Business Studies students attended Taronga Zoo’s “It’s a Zoo Business” workshop — an engaging experience exploring how one of Australia’s most iconic zoos operates as both a conservation leader and a successful marketer, building a strong and trusted brand in the industry. Through the Habitat Classroom, students gained a unique, immersive insight into Taronga’s marketing, operations, and financial strategies, discovering how the Zoo balances its mission of global wildlife conservation with sustainable business practices, where all profits are reinvested into animal care, education, and conservation programs. A truly inspiring day that connected classroom learning with real-world business practice! 🌿📊

Inspired Edu in partnership with Macquarie University, the University of Sydney, and the University of Newcastle, are hosting 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐇𝐒𝐂 𝐊𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐬 this November to help students and parents prepare for success in 2026. Presented by senior HSC markers and counsellors, these 45-minute sessions reveal what markers look for, how to manage anxiety, and strategies to boost performance in the HSC.
