It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with designated areas for research, interactive learning and literature. Students are encouraged to be active learners and to develop a love of reading for pleasure.
The library is well-resourced with books (including audio format), online and electronic resources, newspapers and a wide selection of current and classic fiction that caters for all interests.
The library is open from 8:00am until 3:30pm, including during recess and lunch most days. Professional, qualified staff are available to assist students with their research and to enrich their leisure reading.
In general, the loan period for each item is two weeks. Extensions can be negotiated. Students, using their ID cards, may borrow up 5 books at any one time with a limit of 2 non-fiction titles on any one topic.
