School Notes

The Australian Government Department of Education, Skills and Employment (the department) would like to advise you that a request has been made for your child’s school to provide residential address and other information as required under the Australian Education Regulation 2013 (Cth).

To help parents enter this information, details are shared via Compass that outline the reason for the absence twice a week. Instructions for the process to be followed

Uniform Shop is open at Blacktown Mega Centre – St Martins Crescent Blacktown and uniforms will be available from Monday 2 October, 2023. It will be open 7 days per week for your convenience.

To be completed for intended absences of 5 days or more.

To be completed for leave of more than 10 days for the purpose of Elite Sport/Art events between 10-100 days.

To be completed when contact details, address or the emergency contact details for a student change.

All formal or informal complaints are to be put in writing using the Complaint Form.

For medication to be administered at school complete this form and send in with medication in its original packaging.

This form is to give consent for the Catholic Education Office (Parramatta) to use and retain the name, image, sound or other recording of your child in print, broadcast or through public internet access.
